My fiance' is on it and I can tell you he gets the same side effects if he is late at all on taking it. To maximise the benefits of this rest period you should try to get to the bottom of the cause of your depression and try lots of relaxation methods. Anxiety is normally caused by worrying about the future, and the future only exists in your head. Try to spend more time concentrating on what you are doing now and the mind will be to busy to waste time thinking up different futures, all ore none of which may or may not happen."
