2005 Toyota Solara question? where can I get a free owners manual for my Toyota Solara, I just bought it used and it doesn't have a manual

nathan j replied: "dealer can order you on but not for free. you might be able to get a free on from the same kind of car in a parking lot, id check glove box. jk. test drive one and if it has one steal it like someone did to yours."

dodge man replied: "if you,ll get in contact with the dealer they can order you one for it,those are still available at any Toyota dealer,,they cost around 20 bucks,at most places but if you,ll get in touch with Toyota directly ,,they night send you one free of charge,,they sent me one for a truck and it was 4 years old,,and i never ever got a bill for it,,good luck,i hope this help,s."

marfanman00000 replied: "check your local auto recyclers they probably have on in a wrecked car and will only charge you a couple of $ if any at all"

JB replied: "if you bought it from a dealership, make them buy you one.stay on them they should do it.at worst they will take it from another car,and they can deal with that later. they arent to expensive.or go to the toy. dealer and order one."

Toyota76 replied: "owners manuals generally cost just under fifteen dollars, CAD, from the dealer but may take a few months to get in some cases. ask your local dealer, sometimes a sales office may have an extra one..."

Used (2005-2008) Toyota dealers in California? Im looking for a solara convertible, I need to find a dealership that sells pre owned cars other than carmax.....

Terrence B replied: "Carmax is a joke. Why don't you simply go to Toyota dealers. You can get a Certified Preowned Toyota from the people who know Toyotas. Oh no! I sound like that annoying Toyota commercial!!!"

sdcashman replied: "Go to any Toyota dealer. All Toyota dealers sell pre-owned & Toyota certified pre-owned cars. Solara convertibles are hard to come by. Therefore, there may be a premium on getting one. Your best bet with getting any deal would be to go there toward the end of the month (when the dealers are trying to clear stock). Good luck, and I hope you get the one you want!!"

Jessy B replied: "go to cars.com and look for a camry solara there. most of the ones listed are at toyota dealerships. it's hard to find a decent one at a good price, i would rather pay an extra 2k for a new one...but i'd try cars.com first."

which car is better? A 2005 used dodge caravan or a 2004 used toyota solara? Trying to buy a car but i'm not sure which one. A review website on cars would be helpful too. So if you know any let me know.

rick c replied: "Two totally different needs. If you don't need a mini-van (and Dodge will need a transmission soon if original)by all means the Totoyota will be much cheaper to own/drive.Trust me."

pbleek replied: "Caravan is a minivan, Solara is a 2 door car. If you need the space and people hauling capacity, get the minivan, if you need a sporty 2 door car get the Solara. If on the other hand you are comparing the caravan against the Sienna minivan, the Sienna along with the Honda Odyssey are both top rated vehicles with good reliability and high resale value."

billranger3754 replied: "If you want a lot of room & haul alot of stuff the doge is the way to go. But If you want good gas mileage and reliable transportation the toyota is the one. If I wher you I wold go for the toyota. Price is a factor too. Yahoo's web site on new & used cars can be a help carfax is another one.."

chris2EM replied: "Whatever kind of car you're looking for, just take a the Toyota over the Dodge. The Solara is a 2 door coupe, the Caravan is 4 door minivan. They're very different cars and can't really be compared. But If you want a van, you'll be more happy with a Toyota Sienna or Honda Odyssey than with a Caravan."

Jasmine replied: "Uh, those are two completely different cars. It all depends on what you will be using it for. If you have kids then the Solara is probably not a good idea. But I'd choose a Toyota over a Dodge anyday . . ."

hamn replied: "My parents have always used Dodge Grand caravans, but wiht gas prices as high as they are, you should really stay away from them if possible. Also, the dodge is pretty unreliable. I remember my parents just buying one a couple years back, i believe its a 2002? and all the oil changes and stuff were done, but the air conditioning system and Transmission still had to be replaced. I'd go with the solara. Its a fun little reliable car, but its good on gas! most importantly! With gas prices this high, the solara is going to save you so much money. Its also more fun to drive (i have never seen a fun to drive minivan... EVER). Not to mention that it has a better resale value."

Don replied: "Toyota Solara has a much better repair history. "
